Fabrizio D'adda Di Fagagna

PhD, Director of the DNA Damage Response and Cellular Senescence Research Unit at IFOM Molecular Oncology Foundation Institute ETS (Milan), the research center dedicated to the study of cancer development at the molecular level, and Principal Investigator at the Molecular Genetics Institute (IGM) of the National Research Council (CNR). He is an Italian cell and molecular biologist and scientist, an expert in the study of cell aging processes. At the Gurdon Institute of the University of Cambridge he made several discoveries on chromosome stability and cellular aging. He is a member of the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO), twice ERC recipient and coordinator of the biomedical activities of AGE-IT, a National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) partnership.
