Carlo Ferrarese

Full Professor of Neurology, Chairman of Neurological Department, Osp. San Gerardo, Univ. of Milano-Bicocca, Member of Executive Board, University of Milano-Bicocca, Scientific Director of Milan Center for Neuroscience, and director of the Neurology Clinic and of the Department of Neuroscience at the San Gerardo Hospital in Monza. Up to 2016 he was an elected member of the Academic Senate, University of Milano-Bicocca. Prof. Ferrarese is a member of the main national societies (Italian Society of Neurology, Italian Society for Neuroscience, LIMPE Foundation) and international societies (American Academy of Neurology, Society for Neuroscience). He also sat on the Board of Directors of the Italian Society for Neuroscience, the Italian Society of Neurology and the Association for Research in Neurology (ARIN). Currently, he is the Secretary of the Italian Society of Neurology (SIN). He is the author of more than 558 scientific publications including articles, book chapters, papers, and keynote lectures.
